In April 2018, IEEE Xplore migrated to HTTPS for improved security and privacy. HTTPS protects the privacy and security of your users. It helps prevent intruders from “listening” to the data communications between your end users’ computers and IEEE Xplore by encrypting these communications so no one can track their activities. Without HTTPS, intruders can trick your users into providing sensitive information, install destructive malware on their computers, or inject elements that can create security vulnerabilities.
