IEEE announced that it has reached a three-year open access agreement with Hellenic Academic Libraries Link (HEAL-Link), a consortium of Greek universities that includes 43 institutions. IEEE congratulates Alain Aspect, John. F. Clauser, and Anton Zeilinger on winning the 2022 Nobel Prize for Physics. The prize was awarded jointly to the three scientists "for experiments with entangled photons, establishing the violation of Bell inequalities and pioneering quantum information science."
