IEEE and HEAL-Link Sign Three-Year Transformative Agreement to Accelerate Open Access Publishing in Greece
IEEE announced that it has reached a three-year open access agreement with Hellenic Academic Libraries Link (HEAL-Link), a consortium of Greek universities that includes 43 institutions. To learn more about the IEEE open access options for authors and institutions and to view a list of more than 300 institutions with open access agreements with IEEE, please visit open.ieee.org.
